Description:

Column Magic is a collection of automation templates and custom automation actions which will enable you to achieve workflows that are impossible with out it's magic. It is divided into four app features.


Main Automations

The Main feature provides the core of standalone automation that are part of Column Magic, it provides the most varied of useful templates and actions.

- Evaluate Expression to Column
- Push Date Keeping Time
- Set Date from Date using Number
- Expand Team to People Column
- Remove Copy, Re: & Fw: from Name
- Set Status on Upload/Delete of File
- Find Words in Text
- Redact Words from Text
- Assign Acting User
- Clear a Mirror Column
- Change a Dropdown using a list of labels, or labels based on an items column values.


Text Builder

Build patterns of text and write them to a column or item name, without the need for complicated formulas.

Copy Columns

Copy the value of a column, board name, or group name to a column, including to and from mirror columns that mirror a single item.

Required Columns

Set the status or create an update if some, all, or no specified columns are empty.
