Accessing the Toolbelt Integrations
To access the CarbonToolbelt Integrations, you'll want to follow the process below:
Navigate to the integration center
Search "CarbonToolbelt"
Select your desired integration set
Setting up the Integrations
Below we'll guide you through how to use the different types of integrations. Each example will be shown inside of the CarbonToolbelt Workshop Template for you to try and test yourself! For a comprehensive list of all integrations, review the CarbonToolbelt Documentation.
**If you are using the Workshop Template you will need to active each integration before testing or the integrations will not run / work.
Column Manipulation
Example: "When column changes write This Text to item name"
Start by selecting the column to use as a trigger
Choose how you want to display the item name
Then trigger the column for the name to change
Result: When Deal Status changes write "{item name} [{State}] to item name

Column Requirements
Example: "When status changes, create an update if any of these columns are empty"
Start by selecting a status to use as a trigger
Write out the text for your update
Then choose the columns that you want to check to see if they are empty
Result: When Lead Status changes, create an update(**This item has missing data!) if any of these columns(Person and FollowUp Date) are empty

Date Changes
Example: "When date arrives push date by some days keeping the time"
Start by selecting a date column to use as a trigger
Then choose how many days you want to push the date
Result: "When Payment Date arrives push Reach Out Date by 30 days keeping the time"
