Extra Features and App Settings
Click-to-Dial Feature
To use Click-to-Dial, make sure the item/prospect has a number inside of the phone column. Once a number is added, click “open” or select the conversation bubble on any item and switch to the “Click to Dial” view.
If you are logged in, you will have to set the “Phone” column in the settings in the upper right-hand corner of the "Click-to-Dial" view where there will be a gear symbol. This is where you will assign your phone column. (Note if you create a new phone column make sure to use a “Text” field rather than an actual “Phone” field as it’s not yet supported).
If you use a dialer preset you are able to set this as a default option inside the "Click-to-Dial" view settings where you select the Phone Column. Navigate to the "dialer presets" setting inside of PhoneBurner and click edit on the desired preset and copy the 4-digit code at the end of the URL and past it in the "code"

Within the "dial session" view you will see a call analytics widget. This can be used as a mini analytics dashboard for you to see your calling statistics. Using the drop-down option attached to the widget, you will be able to filter the analytics to your liking.
