Getting Started with PhoneBurner on monday.com

"Dial Session View"

Description
The PhoneBurner app can be applied to any existing or new workspace in your monday.com account! Start by adding the dialing session view to your board.

How to Install

  1. Select the add view button "+" next to the Main Table View

  2. Choose "Apps"

  3. Search "PhoneBurner" and select the "PhoneBurner - Dial Session"

Account Authorization

Description

Suppose your monday.com account does not currently have a PhoneBurner account connected.

In this case, you will be brought to the authorization page when you first add the dialing view, it will prompt you to either sign up or sign in with your PhoneBurner account.

How to Authorize

  1. Navigate to the dial session view

  2. Authorize the use of the app

  3. Using your PhoneBurner account either Log In or Sign Up

  4. Approve access for the use of PhoneBurner to monday.com

  5. Once you approve, you will be redirected back to the login screen. Please select the account you just added


Great Work, you have now just authorized your account!


Add the Sync integrations (Mandatory!)

Description

The PhoneBurner monday.com integrations in the PhoneBurner app allow you to synchronize your contact data between monday.com and PhoneBurner. Any changes made in one will always reflect in the other.

There are three integrations necessary to get your contact data to sync between monday.com and PhoneBurner. Without these integrations, the PhoneBurner app will not function properly.

Sync Integrations

  1. “When an item is created create record in PhoneBurner”
    (This integration is straightforward and will sync any items on their point of entry to monday.com)


  2. “When any column changes update record in PhoneBurner”
    (This integration is also required and ensures that all data is up to date in PhoneBurner)


  3. “When dial session is completed in PhoneBurner, update item in this board"
    (This integration will sync data modified inside of PhoneBurner into monday when a call is completed)


How to install the Integrations

Description
You will need to follow this step for all three integrations. Please make sure you are inside the correct board when installing the integrations. (The board where your dialing view is)

1.) Once inside the integrations center, search for “PhoneBurner” and select it.

2.) Once inside you will see a bunch of integrations that are part of the app. Choose one of the sync integrations talked about in the above section and click “add to board”.

3.) After you click “add to board” you will be brought to the PhoneBurner account screen, choose the account that you added. (You will have to select the account for each integration added)

4.) After choosing the account, you will be brought back to the integration screen where you will have to map your fields so that your data has a spot to stay.

Note: If you do not map your fields, data will not sync between monday.com and PhoneBurner.

Great Work! You can now successfully start using the the PhoneBurner app. Please move on to see how to start a dial session.


Starting a Dial Session

Description

To starting a dialing session make sure you are in the dialing session view and use the monday.com filter option to select the contacts you wish to dial.

How to Set a filter / Select Contacts

  1. Select the filter option

  2. Click "Save to this view"

  3. Close the filter and click the blue "Start Dialing" button

Click-to-Dial Feature

Once you are logged in and have set up your phone column, you are good to start dialing!

To use Click-to-Dial, make sure the item/prospect has a number inside of the phone column. Once a number is added, click “open” or select the conversation bubble on any item and switch to the “Click to Dial” view. From here you should see the item/prospect’s name along with the phone number. When are you ready to call click the blue button that says “Make a Call”.
